Premier Business Centers was founded in 2002, but has an industry experienced staff and locations that have been servicing executives since 1990.
Premier Business Centers can provide your business with professionally staffed office space on a full or part time basis. Our lease terms are flexible
allowing you to rent by the hour, day, month or year. All of the services that you need are available at each of our office center locations, such as Bothell, Bellevue, Seattle in Washington; San Francisco, Los Angeles County,
Orange County and San Diego
in California; and two locations in Dallas, Texas.
The Executive Suite Concept
As central business districts moved away from low and mid rise buildings and more high rises were built than ever before, the ability for a small office user to
lease space in a new building diminished. Executive Suites opened up class A space to users that otherwise would not have been able to occupy this type of space.
The executive suites concept allows tenants to do business in a cooperative environment without having fixed monthly overhead. By eliminating the distractions and
time consuming business decisions such as office administration and equipment leases, Premier tenants can work more efficiently and profitably than if they were in traditional
